Ownership offers and promotions

Owners – Refer a Friend

This offer is available to current Argyll Holidays UK Owners only and may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. An Owner will receive a £1,000 credit to their Owner account for referring a friend who purchases a holiday home at their Park. The referred friend will receive a £1,000 discount on the purchase price of their holiday home. Please allow up to 28 days from completion of the referral sale for the credit to be applied to the Owner’s account. Owners may not refer themselves, their spouse or their partner. The offer will apply only where the referred friend or family member provides the Owner’s details at the time of their initial enquiry. This offer is valid until 30 November 2026.

Site fees

Where stated, site fees are included in the purchase price or promotional offer as described at the time of agreement.

Holiday refund offers

Where applicable, any offer described as a refund of the price of your holiday will be subject to the specific terms and conditions communicated to you at the time of booking or purchase.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Website Terms and Conditions excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
