On 17 November 2025, Adam Paxton, Rob Croxen and Ben Cairns of global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal, were appointed Joint Administrators of Cove Communities Venture 2 Argyle Opco Limited.
In addition, on 17 November 2025, Adam Paxton and Rob Croxen of global professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal, were also appointed as Joint Administrators of Cove Communities Holiday Park UK Holdco Limited; Cove Communities Venture 2 Solway Opco Limited; Cove Communities Venture 2 Springwood Opco Limited; and Cove Communities Venture 2 Gwel an Mor Opco Limited (together “the Companies”).
The affairs, business and property of the Companies are being managed by the Joint Administrators who act as agents and without personal liability.
