Improving our Safety Procedures
The safety and wellbeing of our guests, owners and team members is our top priority. So, we used the time during lockdown to have a wee makeover and improve our safety procedures in the process.
As you enter our complex you'll notice our Welcome poster, which lists the simple guidelines that all guests must follow, such as wearing a mask indoors.
Hand sanitiser is available at the entrance and throughout the complex. It contains 60% alcohol but please don't drink it.
We've put new measures in place to make the swimming pools and gyms COVID-secure spaces. These guidelines are displayed at the entrance and throughout the leisure facilities.
Restaurants & Bars
Your table now displays a QR code which takes you to our online menus. Or if you want a paper menu then single-use copies are available.
To make the space as COVID-secure as possible we operate table service only and encourage contactless payment when possible.
To save you waiting around you can now order your takeaway via our website or app. We'll notify you when your order is ready for collection.
We've replaced all the signage to make it as easy and safe as possible for your to find your accommodation and the park facilities. Please follow the onsite signage.
They're easy to notice because the navy branding with contrasting orange logo really stands out on park. We've made it easy to read the signs by having consistent sign sizes and displaying them at eye level.
To make it easier to read at night, we've printed the letters and numbers in a reflective material.
We've cut down the internal signage to make it easier to find the one you're looking for.
The signs are all in the best locations to make it easy to follow.
Our team look braw in their new uniforms, but this wasn't just to make them look the part. The new uniform designs makes it easier to identify team members to help you.
As guests you will find it easier to find your accommodation thanks to our new name/number disks on the side of every holiday home. These are reflective too so that you can spot them at night.
Inside you will find a poster about our app. On the app you can access all the information you'll need about the holiday park and this reduces the paper touchpoints of leaflets. There is also a poster with instructions on how to connect to WiFi to help you get online quickly.
You'll notice that these posters are displayed in acrylic poster holders so that they can easily be wiped clean.
If you have a hot tub then you'll notice there is a sign asking you to read the hot tub guidelines before use. Next to the hot tub the guidelines have simple icons to make it easier to digest, and the bright orange icons stand out against the navy - so you can't miss them.
We're keen to promote sustainability and do our part. So your bins have been labelled to make it easier to separate recycling and non-recycling.
Decking can be slippery when wet or icy, so we've added signs to remind you to be careful.
Fancy a BBQ? We do too. That's why we've added BBQ slabs and a sign asking you to use the slab, to avoid burning the deck.
