This Victory Springwood is not only spacious but combines practicality with a contemporary design and feel. Complete with double glazing and central heating and located on a lovely plot, making this a great retreat for exploring Scotland. It is 32 x 12 with a double and twin bedroom.

In the lounge is comfortable fixed seating wrapped around large windows to make the most of the view along with a modern fireplace and TV stand. The sofa will fold out into an occasional bed so you can have family or friends over to stay and extend the living space easily.

The kitchen has ample worktop space and plenty of cupboard space making the kitchen a practical and user-friendly experience. There is a large fridge-freezer to keep all your drinks nice and chilled. Set just off the kitchen is a dining area, with free standing dining table and chairs, great for sitting down to enjoy a meal together.

The bedrooms are made up of a double and a twin room which is complete with retractable single beds to offer more space when needed. Both bedrooms are very well equipped and have plenty of storage, while the main room benefits from additional wardrobe and an on-suite WC and wash basin.
