1 – Award Winning Live Music
There’s a fantastic mix of traditional, indie and acoustic artists so you won’t be short of toe-tapping, foot stamping or singalong tunes. View our full line-up here.
2 – The Chance to Catch Artists Before They Get Big
Gig in the Goil and The Wee G both have history of showcasing some of the best upcoming artists in the country before they get big. In the past four years the likes of Lewis Capaldi, Gerry Cinnamon, The Snuts & Be Charlotte have all graced the hallowed Lochgoilhead stage. Who will be next?
3 – Stunning Location, Not Far From Glasgow
Drimsynie Estate is arguably one of the most stunning destinations in the country, yet it’s only just over an hour’s drive from Glasgow. This makes it the perfect excuse for a short getaway without the hassle of a long drive!
4 - Luxury Onsite Accommodation
What better than heading back to your own luxury lodge after a day of live music and entertainment? There are a selection of cosy cottages, deluxe lodges and private hot tubs available, just minutes’ walk from the complex. And with breaks from just £42pp, you can keep those extra pennies for Christmas presents. Book a break.
5 – Exclusive Gig in the Goil News
Our Gig in the Goil festival returns from 1st – 3rd May 2020 and we’ll be revealing some very exciting news about next year’s line-up during the Wee G. Head along to hear the news first-hand and to get your hands on early-bird tickets over the weekend.
6 – Delicious Food & Drink
We’ll be serving up the tastiest food across the weekend, from snacks to sit-down meals. This is alongside a range of delicious alcoholic and non-alcoholic refreshments, including our very own cocktail recipes, local ales, and a selection of fine malts. Why not check out our takeaway menu, or browse the offerings in The View Bar & Restaurant?
7 – It’s Indoors
Come on – who enjoys an outdoor music festival when it’s freezing cold? The Wee G is completely indoors, so you won’t have to worry about getting wet and muddy – There are also a limited number of tables and chairs for those wishing to sit down and enjoy the music.
8 – Get Magical in our Christmas Market
On the Sunday (before some live music in the evening), our popular Christmas market returns to Drimsynie Estate for the third year. Get in the festive spirit with some delicious mulled wine while browsing the wares of our stall holders.
9 – Treat Yourself in the Onsite Spa
Relax and revitalise with a treatment in the onsite Sequoia Spa, downstairs from the live music. With a range of Holistic and Beauty Treatments, from Massages and Facials to Manicures, there is something guaranteed to help you unwind. Check out the pricelist.
